Weekly Weigh In – 08/10/12
I’ve been really quite excited about being weighed this week, I’m not sure of the exact reason why but I think it’s just a combination of felling better in myself, seeing results and that I’m heading for my 2st weight loss mark; all that together has got me really fired up and motivated which is great.
So how did I do this week, well I was aiming for a 4.5lb loss which would take me to a total of 2st, I only managed to lose 3lbs this which is still really good and I am pleased with it, it’s just a little frustrating that I’m 1.5lbs away from quite a mile stone.
I did have a bit of a rocky evening this week as you know with the kebab meat on the way home which I’ve put behind me and moved on from but I does make you think…”If I hadn’t have eaten that would I have lost more?” That being said we could ask that question with everything we eat so maybe it’s just best to move on and stay strong.
I’ve got to say my mum had a great week and lost a wicked 4.5lbs which is fantastic, she’s only half a pound away from her
1st mark which must be frustrating as hell lol. Fingers crossed we’ll both have great weight losses to celebrate at next weeks weigh in.
Goals for this week is more exercise, walking in particular and to lose at least that 1.5lbs to get me to 2st, I’d like to got for about 3.5lbs this weeks if I can just to stay on track for my target weight (18 stone) which I want to be at for Christmas.
Tapout XT Update
Quick update as to what’s going on with the whole Tapout XT workout series. Long story short is I’ve stopped…well I’ve put it on hold for the time being as I really can’t do it at the present time I’m just not physically fit/strong enough or able to because of my size and to tell you the truth when I was doing it and got to the “moves/routines” that I couldn’t do I was just getting so pissed of and frustrated it was doing my head in.
I was talking to my mum and brothers about it and said if you strapped a “pregnant belly” to all of them on the video they wouldn’t be able to do half the moves they are now because the belly just gets in the way too much.
I’m going to revisit it when I’m at my goal weight of 18st which should be prefect for the new year if I stay on target, at that point I will have lost 4.5 stone which is a huge amount out of the way; in the mean time I’m going to continue to work on my fitness and stamina levels with power walking and any other exercises I can find.
