Weekly Weigh In – 01/10/12
This is my first “weekly weigh in” post and I’m going to do it every week as a running series, that way ill be able to keep track of how my week went, what I’ve done different and most importantly how much weight I lost.
I wasn’t expecting to lose wight this week to be totally honest with you, I was quite distracted by things out of my normal routine which made me lose focus; I didn’t gorge myself on crap but I wasn’t as strict as I have been on other weeks and I spent most of the week trying to help my muscles recover from the Tapout XT workouts!
So how much did I lose? I lost 2.5 pounds which brings my overall weight loss to 23.5 pounds which I’m really pleased with specially as I wasn’t expecting to loose this week it was a right bonus.
Looking forward to this week I’m going to be back on it like normal and I’m going to start doing some power walking in the mornings before work with my mum and the dog which should help my fitness level and burn a few calories. My goal for this weeks is to lose 4.5 pounds which seems a lot more than last week but that will take me to the 2 stone mark!!! which will be awesome!
We can do it guys…power through!
